I've checked and it appears there is a manual for this device. The manual is in PDF file format and contains everything related to the Blackbox NS840 and its configuration procedure. I recommend you access the link below to visit the Google and then access the PDF file. The file you need is on the 2nd link posted. Click it and the option to save the PDF file will appear.
My system (model NS840) does not boot up because I need a system disk.

The Blackbox NS840 is actually a computer with its own operating system, and based on the above error I believe it's Windows. This can be fixed by reinstalling the operating system, but first, boot the PC and then enter BIOS to see if the hard drive is still recognized because this can be a hardware failure for one of your components.
I strongly recommend contacting the ones you've acquired the product from because they have all the disks and boot methods to restore the OS.
I have a Netrome Writemaster Security Blackbox. I have had it for five years. I just unplugged it, and when I plugged it back in, the screen was blank. I can't get the screen to come back on. What can I do?

This is a surveillance application that enables you to monitor various places through the CCTV cams. If there is no stream detected, access the Settings menu and make sure all the configuration is correct. It's possible that the settings were corrupted, therefore connection is now impossible. My advice is to re-install the application and then configure it again. It should work this way.
As a side note, go to Device Manager and check the network configuration.
